Terms and Conditions of Service
This agreement establishes the conditions under which you may use Voxte's phone line service. We recommend reading it completely before subscribing.
Requirements to Use Voxte
To subscribe to Voxte, you must provide truthful information during registration. By creating your account, you confirm that you accept these terms in their entirety. If you represent a company, you confirm having authorization to bind said company to these terms.
Service Description
Voxte provides you with a real phone line (not traditional VoIP) from Mexico or the United States. Your SIM card remains in our data center and you access it through our mobile or web application. The service includes unlimited calls and messages within your line's country. You need your own internet connection (WiFi or mobile data) to use the app—Voxte does not provide internet connectivity.
Personal Use
The phone line provided by Voxte is exclusively for personal use. Using the service for commercial purposes, business activities, resale, or any activity that exceeds reasonable individual use is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that show patterns of unauthorized commercial use.
Account Security
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activities performed from your account. You must choose a strong password and not share it with third parties. If you suspect someone has accessed your account without authorization, change it immediately and notify us at security@voxte.com. We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by negligence in caring for your credentials.
Billing and Payments
The service is billed in advance according to the cycle you choose (monthly or quarterly). Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. We accept credit/debit card payments processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. If your payment fails, you have 3 days to update your payment method before we suspend the service.
Limitations and Warranties
Voxte strives to keep the service available 24 hours a day, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control. In no event shall we be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 3 months.
Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify service features to improve it. If we make changes that significantly affect your experience, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance by email. Changes to these terms take effect 30 days after publication. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
Specific Conditions
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app or by contacting support. Cancellation is effective at the end of the already paid period—there are no prorated refunds. If you cancel, you will lose access to the service and your phone number. Consider downloading your call history before canceling, as this information is deleted 30 days later.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend your account immediately if we detect fraudulent use, violation of these terms, or activity that puts our infrastructure at risk. In cases of suspension for investigation, we will notify you of the reason and you will have the opportunity to appeal. Termination for serious violation of terms results in immediate loss of service without right to refund.
Dispute Resolution
For any disagreement, we first invite you to contact support@voxte.com to seek a direct solution. If we do not reach an agreement within 30 days, any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where Voxte has its principal headquarters. Both parties waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Prohibited Use
The following is strictly prohibited:
Using the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
Making harassment, threatening, or extortion calls
Using the line for automated dialing systems
Attempting to access Voxte systems without authorization
Sending spam messages or unsolicited bulk content
Legal Notices
This agreement is governed by the laws of Voxte's country of origin.
